1. Data Controller
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Dear Watson Mysteries, the on-site pub mystery experience played at Dear Watson in Karlín, Prague. The digital mystery experience is operated by Arcane Mysteries for Prague Adventures s.r.o. We only collect the data necessary to provide the investigation experience, issue access codes, support play, and process your payment.
2. Information We Collect
- Email Address: Used for account recovery, sending access codes, and receipts.
- Gameplay Progress: Stored locally on your device to ensure you don't lose your place during the investigation.
- Access and Order Data: Used to issue and validate digital case access codes, support refunds where available, and provide customer support.
- Payment Records: Handled securely by Comgate. We do not store your credit card information.
- Optional Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics may be loaded only after analytics consent. It is used to understand aggregate site visits and does not use cookies.
3. Third Party Disclosures
We share your email and order amount with Comgate to process your transaction. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and optional web analytics. We do not sell your data to any other third parties.
4. Cookies And Consent Controls
Necessary storage keeps the mystery working and remembers your privacy choice. Optional analytics can be accepted, rejected, or withdrawn using the Cookie settings control shown on the site after a choice has been made.
